Just a note to tell you that the quality of service I have received from Warr's, and particularly from John Towns (Service Department) over the past few months, has been excellent. John has been very helpful, punctual, and true to his word in all our dealings, and he is an asset to you. I find that in the UK it is so unusual to deal with the same people over several years, but to find someone great to deal with really is exceptional. This is why Juan and I come back to Warr's.

Before I forget, I'd like to say thank you very much for the quick delivery of the Wide Glide, 12 days from the order to the delivery, simply fantastic. We are pleased to have chosen you as supplier, and it has been a pleasure doing business with you.

It's taken me 20 years to get rid of the sportbike habit, and though I loved every uncomfortable minute of it I can now see why the lure of the Harley is so strong.

My new 2012 Fat Boy is so perfect! From the beautiful thick chrome to the magnificent 103 cubic inch V-Twin motor. It oozes quality and is an absolute delight to ride - and surprisingly swift too!

The service I received from your immaculate dealership in Chelsea was faultless, with an air of professionalism and friendliness that is rare to find these days.

mit diesen paar Zeilen möchte ich mich noch einmal persönlich bei Euch für die tolle Abwicklung bedanken und auch die ansprechen, die sich vielleicht nicht trauen eine Harley bei Warr´s zu kaufen.

Nach 30 Jahren ist es endlich soweit, dass ich mir den Traum einer HD ermöglichen kann. Mein Traumbike hatte ich mir schon 2010 ausgesucht. Es sollte eine Dyna Wide Glide werden. Beim stöbern habe ich das Model für mich entdeckt und gewusst: „Sie ist es!“. Auf der Suche nach einem guten Angebot bin ich u. a. auf Warr´s gestoßen. Das tolle bei Warr´s war, dass ich mit meinem Budget das Traumbike als Neufahrzeug bekommen könnte. Also niemand hat seinen Hintern vorher drauf gehabt. Nachdem ich meine Bedenken, wie z. B. Händler nicht in Deutschland, schlechtes Englisch und seit meiner Schulzeit nicht mehr gesprochen, Garantie usw. über Bord geworfen habe, schickte ich Anfang Mai meine Anfrage raus. Innerhalb von 24 Std. hatte ich eine Antwort von John und er teilte mir u. a. mit, dass er noch 5 Bikes auf Lager hat. Mitte Mai habe ich mich dann entschieden und die Bestellung für eine FXDWG in Black getätigt. Die Anzahlung über 1000₤ überwiesen und abgewartet, ob der Kurs noch besser wird. Leider wurde er es nicht und Ende Mai habe ich den Restbetrag überwiesen, damit ich die Papiere zur Anmeldung bekommen kann (ab Juni wurde der Kurs wieder besser). Mittlerweile hatte ich mich entschieden, aus dem Deal ein richtiges Abenteuer zu machen und das Bike alleine aus London abzuholen. (Danke an meine Kinder und ganz besonders an meine Frau! Sie haben mich zu diesem Abenteuer bequatscht und das war gut so! Sonst hätte ich es nicht gewagt, typisch deutsches Sicherheitsdendeken). Mehrere E-Mails mit Rob gehabt und am 15.06.11 schrieb Rob mir, dass die Papiere auf dem Weg sind. Urlaub genommen, Hinflug, Hotel und Fähre gebucht (alles schon Anfang Juni) und dann auf die Papiere gewartet. Diese kamen dann am 17.06.11 und natürlich war niemand Zuhause. Nachmittags hat meine Frau den Zettel von DHL entdeckt. Daraufhin habe ich gleich dort angerufen und DHL hat mich auf die nächste Tagestour, zwischen 8:00 und 9:00 Uhr gesetzt. Um 8:40 Uhr war der Bote dann da! Mit dem Kaufvertrag und dem COC gleich zur Versicherung und dann zur Kfz-Zulassungsstelle. Die Anmeldung hat problemlos geklappt. Um 11:00 war alles erledigt und ich hatte mein neues Kennzeichen unterm Arm. Am 22.06.11 war es dann endlich soweit. Um 14:00 bin ich bei Warr´s gelandet und erstmal ´nen Kaffee genossen. Denn ich wurde mit dem „typisch“ Londoner Wetter begrüßt. Na ja, es hätte noch schlimmer kommen können. Nicht nur Regen, sondern auch Nebel. Mittlerweile kam auch Rob dazu (hat seine Mittagspause abgebrochen). Nette Begrüßung und dann endlich die Einweisung (und Rob hat sicherlich Ohrenschmerzen nach meinen paar englischen Brocken gehabt). Zum Abschluss gab er mir noch ´ne Wegbeschreibung mit, damit ich ohne Schwierigkeiten aus London rauskomme. Das hätte mit Sicherheit auch geklappt, aber ich war so in Fahrlaune und habe mich ein bisschen verfahren. War aber auch nicht weiter schlimm. Erstmal wieder zurück und dann voll konzentriert den Weg Richtung Dover eingeschlagen.

Mittlerweile hatte es nicht nur aufgehört zu regnen, sondern die Sonne kam durch. Noch ein bisschen an der Küste lang gefahren und dann ab zum Hotel. Nach dem einchecken was gegessen und dann einen leckeren Whisky auf mein Baby genommen. Später hat der Keeper noch die Tische von der Terrasse zur Seite geräumt, damit mein Baby die Nacht nicht an der Strasse verbringen muss. Also man kann sagen was man will, Engländer sind absolut freundlich und hilfsbereit. Am nächsten Morgen ging es dann weiter, über Frankreich, Belgien, Holland ins Emsland.

Also, wer sich was „Gutes und Neues“ gönnen will, dann bei Warr´s. Preis/Leistung stimmen. Mit Überführung oder Selbstabholung (wie man will) und einem nicht so guten Tauschkurs lohnt es sich immer noch. Und das Abenteuer bleibt ewig!

Nochmals vielen, vielen Dank Rob und dem gesamten Warr´s-Team. Die ersten 850 KM ließen sich sehr gut fahren. Es gibt (fast) nichts Schöneres. Nun muss sie für die nächste Tour auf Hochglanz gebracht werden.

Thanks for the great handling of my purchase of my new FatBoy. I can only recommend your Harley shop. Even with the transfer Motoship was brilliant. My special thanks go to Ralf Rabung, who brought me the bike in just two days from London home – without dents and scratches :-). I will definitely do next time a trip to London and visit you in the Kings Road.

Hi Nick!
On Monday the 5th of September I received my new Road King Classic.
During the whole deal everything was perfect. Although we never meet
you answered all my emails very fast and very detailed. And the period
from the first mail to receiving my bike at home was also very short.

Now I have enough time to individualize my bike through the winter and I will
start riding my bike next year in spring. I can't wait for that !!

If anyone will ask me where to buy a new HD I will definitly tell him your
name and E-Mail.

last Thursday I got my softail deluxe from you and on the same day I traveled to Harwich and then on Friday from Rotterdam to my home near Hamburg.

I would just like to say thank you for all your help, advice and speedy delivery of my bike. I am extremely pleased with it having now arrived home and am grateful to you for the exceptional service that I received.

Once again it is my pleasure to give thanks where thanks is due. As before, my new Electra Glide Classic was handed over to me today with everything as per my specifications and requests. Back in October 2010 when Rob, Dan Harold and myself started the 'talking' I requested that the bike be ready early March. Well, it does not come any better than the 1st of March! It does put a smile on the face!

As before, the whole experience of acquiring another (my third) of Milwaukee's finest, was an enjoyable exercise from beginning to end. The visits, the chats with all staff, the advice and the eventual handing over of the bike was smooth and seamless. It all speaks of a motivated business and its people giving of themselves willingly, putting Warr's Harley-Davidson at the very top.

It is a very big pleasure thank you and your staff for your professionalism in selling these beautiful bikes. I’ve just bought a 883 Iron; it is my first Harley and my first bike after several years.
Before coming into your store I visited some others both in UK and in Italy (as I’m Italian).. but I have to say that I breathed the passion for these bikes only in your shop! Buying an Harley is an experience, and I’m glad I’ve found the right place to fully enjoy it!
If you want a Harley, this is just the only place where you should go.
I hope this relationship will last as long as possible as I hope to ride with the CF HOG very soon!

I would like to ask you to extend a huge thanks for me to the guys at your Mottingham store. As you are no doubt aware they are always very friendly and welcoming, but just recently I have had two occasions where they have excelled themselves.

First of all I would to thank Charlotte who was extremely helpful when I brought my young lady in to the store for the first time to buy some new tops. I realise that it is part of Charlotte's job to help people when they go into the store, but she showed real enthusiasm and genuinely seemed as though she wanted to help and was very friendly to my lady throughout.

Secondly I have to send a big thank you to Shaun who went way beyond the call of duty to help me out when my bike broke down the other week. To cut a long story short, the starter motor had gone, which meant I had to bump start it which is not very easy to do unless you have someone to push you, as an Ultra is a bit heavy to try bump starting on your own. Anyway, Shaun arranged for Lee and a new mechanic Chris to come down in one of your vans to collect it for me.

When Lee and Chris arrived to collect it the bike they loaded it onto the van by themselves as they wanted to take full responsibility for it being loaded safely. Then I rang Shaun and said that he may as well arrange for it to have a 10k service and a new back tyre while they were fitting the new starter motor.

When I went to collect the bike I was absolutely blown away by the less than expected bill, because Shaun had managed to fix the starter motor, thus saving me an absolute fortune.
