I recently purchased a Night Rod Special from your dealership.
I dealt from start to finish with Nick. His attitude knowledge and ability to help has surprised me.
I am English but now live in Poland and registering the bike became somewhat of a calamity. Nick emailed me log book details, instructions and answered all the questions the bureaucrats in Poland put to us within half an hour of asking.
The quality of service he showed us when we picked the bike up was also fantastic. Every question, query, concern answered with a smile and knowledge.
I have continued to ask Nick’s advice since returning to Poland with the bike and even his after sales cannot be faulted.
I used to have a large retail concern with over 100 staff and I wish I’d had 10% of them  half as motivated as Nick.
In this day and age it’s rare to find employees like Nick as I have found sometimes to my cost in the past.
Long may he continue to sell bikes for you.

From my first email contacts with the boss himself, John Warr, to the eventual delivery of my new Fat Bob last week, every step on the way was nothing but absolutely great and really easy.

 

Director Rob Warr immediately took me under his wings when I first set foot into the store on King's Rd in February to place my order and was, from then on, a most considerate advisor to my wishes. Always quick to respond to my many subsequent queries by email, always kind and patient, Rob is a role model salesman who really cares about his customer. The service I was given was beyond every expectation - (I mean, who knows of a director of a famous shop that straps down the new bike on the trailer himself. Well Rob did it, a task he could easily have given to one of his team). 

 

During the hours I spent at the store it became clear to me why Warr's has the reputation it has: the staff is extremely professional and friendly - nothing is a problem. Everyone at Warr's seems to live and breathe the HD experience. I envy you guys!
