Hire a Harley-Davidson® Motorcycle.

Harley rentals include an open face helmet and waterproofs. Luggage storage and parking can be arranged. Hirers must have been in posession of a full motorcycle license for at least 2 years and be at least 25 years old. Rental gift vouchers are also available. Frequently asked questions

A day's hire is 24 hours, so if you collect your rental at 9am on Monday, it will be due for return by 9am Tuesday. The earliest you can collect is 8am, the latest 5pm.

Because our prices are already keen we have no "weekend rate" so simply multiply the daily rate by the number of days you wish to rent the Harley for to get your price. Because we are generally closed on Sunday the minimum weekend rental is 2 days (Sat-Mon), although 3 days hire (Fri-Mon) is a very popular option.

Sorry, the minimum hire period is 24 hours. If you need the bike for a few hours over the 24 hour period you will need to buy an extra day.

Yes, although they ride with you at their own risk.

Yes, many of our clients are from overseas. Just bring your valid motorcycle license, passport and credit card.

All of our rentals are insured for the duration of the hire period. Although accidents are rare, unfortunately they do sometimes happen. In the event of damage to the bike you will be charged up to an excess of £2000.

All of the bikes on our rental fleet are current model year bikes with low mileage. All of our bikes are stock.

Yes, our gift vouchers are a great gift to give! Just call us and we'll arrange it. The voucher lasts for 12 months and the recipient can just call us and book a date anytime in that 12 month period.

Yes, there is a one-off £50 per week surcharge for foreign travel insurance. All EC member countries are included as well as some others. Please call us to check your destination is included.

Mechanical breakdowns are very rare, however all of our bikes have free breakdown recovery to the nearest authorised Harley-Davidson dealership

Yes, we accept most foreign licences but as a non-UK licence holder you will be charged a one off £20 premium.

RENTALS: TERMS & CONDITIONS

Daily rate is 24 hours, weekly rates 7 full days.

All prices are correct at the time of publishing, but may change without notice. Please contact us for confirmation of this.

All prices include the following:-
- Insurance cover (UK ONLY), if you wish to go to Mainland Europe 7 days will cost £50 extra.
- Breakdown Recovery to local H-D dealer.
- 250 miles per day is included in your hire eg:- 4 day hire 1,000 free miles. If the hirer exceeds the daily allowance they will be charged at 15p per mile.
- A lock, immobiliser,or alarm.

Only Touring models come standard with panniers (luggage).

A number of IDs will be needed before hire may commence. eg:- Passport, Driving Licence - if UK issue - both parts, credit card, etc. Non-UK resident hirers will be required to sign a jurisdiction waiver. No refunds on non-completed hire periods or gift vouchers.

The UK and Northern Ireland Photocard licences come in 2 parts.

1. Photocard.   2. Paper counterpart.

Both parts of the licence must be presented at time of rental.  The paper driving licence will remain in circulation until they expire or the details are changed.

Both the plastic photocard and the paper counterpart must be produced at time of rental in order to verify whether there are any endorsements.  The driver details in the counterpart must match those in the photocard.

To rent a motorcycle with us riders must be over 25 years of age, have a credit card in their own name and hold a full, clean motorcycle driving licence which they must have held for at least 2 years.

At the time of rental an authorisation is obtained on your credit card based on the estimated rental charges.

You can book online and pay for your rental charges using a debit card, however a credit card in the drivers name must be presented at the counter at time of rental. Warr's do not accept Debit Cards at the rental counter for deposit / security deposit.

A returnable £2000 insurance security deposit is required. In the event of damage or accident the insurance excess payable is up to £2000. On return the fuel tank should be full, otherwise a charge to fill of £50.00 will be made against the hirer.

Hire payment will be required before the commencement of the hire period.
