I am emailing in to give praise to Shaun, Charlotte and the team (Warr's SE in Mottingham).
I'm amazed at their loyalty to their customers and there dedication to the job.
A couple of months ago my battery failed, Shaun (After Sales Manager) came out personally in his lunch break to fix my bike.
Shaun has also helped me to design graphics and pain colours for my new tank and hasee advised me with my bike' new look.
Last week my bike was due to come in to be looked at due to a problem with the side stand, I had to cancel the appointment at a minutes notice due to being taken ill and into hospital.
This morning I phoned to re-book and once again Shaun has come to the rescue and booked me in for this Sat to help me out. (I know that this Saturday is a very busy day for them.)
Finally, I am a DSA qualified motorbike instructor, as a result of same I have had a lot of interaction with other bike brands and dealers; I can sincerely say that none of them have ever matched up to the staff and their skillsets/interpersonal skills as the staff at Warr's Mottingham.
Shaun/Charlotte and the team always make time to chat to you and make you feel welcome. They really are assets to Warr's Mottingham.
