Just a quick email to say thank you to the fantastic team over at Warr’s South East in Mottingham, especially Shaun Lee (Aftersales Manager).
My relatively new Sportster suddenly just would not start up yesterday and I couldn’t for the life of me figure out what the problem was. Had to have a recovery service drop it (and me) back home as it was too late in the day to get it serviced. Did some online research overnight and thought it could be related to the starter relay, so headed over to Warr’s in the morning in my car (as I had no way of getting the bike there) to buy a new starter relay and see if that would solve it. Shaun was suspicious the problem might be elsewhere, so offered to pick up the bike straight away and bring it down to have a look at it (if he couldn’t see an immediate problem). We drove the bike back to the shop, and sure enough, within an hour of initially walking into Warr’s, the bike was running perfectly again. All it turned out to be was a loose cable, and Shaun didn’t even want to charge me for it!
Very hard to find an honest and dedicated team that focuses on customers like I met today. They could of easily just supplied the part, or advised me to bring the bike in myself, but they didn’t. That makes all the difference, and made my life so much easier.
I initially came here on recommendation, and I can certainly see why. I myself will now only recommend Warr’s Mottingham to all my friends (and online), and most certainly will only bring my bike here for any needs I may have. Thanks to the team (especially Shaun) once again.
