last week I was booked to go on the Hogs Legs trip and had problems with my bike, I booked it into Mottingham on Thursday 5th
as this was the only time I could get the bike to your dealership.
My bike problem caused some concens as it was not an easy cure, your staff kept me upto date all the time I was there, and kept me informed of costs as things progressed which made me feel valued as a customer.
The young lady in the parts department and the chap who was with her behind the desk were a credit to your company, everyone was concerned about fixing my bike as they knew I was going to Belgium the following day.
Once fixed Alex suggested I take a long ride home to make sure I was happy before leaving for Belgium in the morning and said if I had any issues with the bike to return it immediatly, and asked me to let him know when I arrive home if all was well which it was.
I would ask you to pass on my thanks to your team at Mottingham for all their hard work in getting my bike mobile again, and I must say they are a credit to you and to Warrs.
