Dear Folk at Harley Davidson,
I just purchased a used Harley (883 super low, in candy orange) from Warr's Harley Davidson SE, in Mottingham, for my wife Rika. This is the fourth Harley I have bought from them over the past few years. I can honestly say I have recieved outstanding service from them since I bought my first Harley from them over 10years ago. Despite having moved over 300 miles away to Cornwall nearly eight years ago I have always kept in touch with them and they have always helped me whenever they can.
My wife and I have known each other for three years, and we both have a passion for Harley Davidson and biking, last year we were able to get married, and we have really been enjoying the countryside down this way, but I knew Rika had always wanted her own bike. I decided to release my pension early to give her the best Christmas present I could.
I gave Shaun Lee at Warrs SE a ring and he passed me on to Alex the sales manager, a great guy who sold me my Ultra Classic previously. I cannot express my gratitude enough for the way the dealership went above and beyond what we had asked for or expected, even to the point of delivering the bike to us in Cornwall.
This is one of the reasons Warr's SE stands out to us, not just the welcoming nature of the staff, to be honest I would regard them more as friends than anything else. They continue to make the Harley Davidson brand about family and the experience is of unwavering excellence and friendship.
This dealership is outstanding, and if I ever have the opportunity to buy another HD this will be my first choice.
