Before Christmas, you took care of the BikeTrac's false battery warning by sorting it with BikeTrac, same day.
Today you sorted the side stand engine cut-out, picking the bike up from my home and delivering it back within hours. The bike came back valeted.
In 19 years of riding in London I never met such fantastic service.
