By way of feedback, please pass on my thanks to Chris and Derek for solving a tricky service issue so effectively.

As I mentioned to you, my local dealership refused to investigate the problem under warranty, failed to find the fault, and charges me plenty £££ for the privilege. Your guys sorted it under warranty quickly and effectively.  So, Warr's will be my service dealership from now on.
