I would like to express my appreciation for the help and service I received on Saturday 21 June 2014.
After picking up my sportster from Warr's South East branch in Mottingham, on my way home I had an accident. It was near closing time, I rang Shaun Lee (After Sales Manager) and explained what had happened and he agreed to recover my sportster, which I felt was really good of him as it was near closing time and he was due to leave.
I have received exceptional service as I am a disabled rider. Shaun's willingness to help put me at ease in a stressful situation.
I would like thank Shaun Lee and his team for going the extra mile.
