What more could you ask from a motorcycle dealership? I have dealt with a number of dealerships across a number of brands, including Triumph and Norton, but none have impressed me as much as Warr's in Chelsea. I bought a second-hand 48 from them some time ago which was then improved a bit by Charlie (who does phenomenal custom work). It was sold to me by Bruno who gives really good, knowledgable and sound advice and it was serviced by John and Chris who are also very knowledgeable and a real pleasure to deal with. I was considering a more 'spouse' friendly bike and John was amazingly helpful in arranging a Softail Heritage for us to consider. I have recently bought a new Softail Slim (which is a very special edition and Bruno and the guys knew I was looking for) and Bruno sold my 48 for me. He got me my asking price and saved me all the hassles of doing it myself. My Softail has just had its 1,000 mile service with them and all was great. Dear Gloria & Everyone @ Warr's This email is to thank you and everyone at Warr's, for the great reception that I and my 2 Canadian friends received yesterday, when we visited your showroom. My friends were not in London for very long, & one of the most important places for Laurel to visit was your showroom and I think you did not let her down. She was impressed with the vast number of bikes on display and the knowledge of everyone that she spoke to. I know that the T-Shirts she bought will soon be seen in the better bars of Calgary and Alberta! I, personally, would like to say thank you to the very kind man who actually let me into your Customisation Area; which I am not sure he was meant to do? I cannot say that I know a lot about Harleyâs, but as a trained architectural model-maker, I can appreciate true craftsmanship. The standard of work & the devotion was plain to see. Well done to those guys! Also, Gloria you must be thanked for helping to point me in the right direction for getting The Number 11 Bus. The Ladies had a great âfreeâ sightseeing tour of London, as we stayed on the bus until Trafalgar Square - they were fascinated by what they could see from the top of the bus. I thought i would drop you a note to say what a great service was provided by your service department with a special thanks to John Towns (Aftersales manager). My CVO Breakout had a persistent fuel gauge problem which was looked at previously and CHARGED for by two other dealers and obviously not fixed! It was Johns tenacity that he wasnât happy with it and contacting the factory direct that has solved the problem. Which i believe was just a correct reprogramming in the end due to it being a Californian bike. To Rob (Warr's Kings Rd), I recently purchased a 2016 Low Rider S from Josh (Josh Bell, Sales Dept KR) and wanted to drop you a note with some feed back. I walked into your show room and met Josh. He was honest and helpful from the outset. Since having made the bike purchase, probably in mid Jan, I have made some change to the bike and have had many many questions. He could not have been more knowledgable, friendly, and extremely patient as itâs my first Harley purchase and I donât know much about them. I am hoping the bike will be collected next week and Iâll get some riding done by the end of the month. (Itâs being shipped to the south of france). Letter originally sent to Harley-Davidson Customer Services and kindly reproduced here; Dear Folk at Harley Davidson, I just purchased a used Harley (883 super low, in candy orange) from Warr's Harley Davidson SE, in Mottingham, for my wife Rika. This is the fourth Harley I have bought from them over the past few years. I can honestly say I have recieved outstanding service from them since I bought my first Harley from them over 10years ago. Despite having moved over 300 miles away to Cornwall nearly eight years ago I have always kept in touch with them and they have always helped me whenever they can. My wife and I have known each other for three years, and we both have a passion for Harley Davidson and biking, last year we were able to get married, and we have really been enjoying the countryside down this way, but I knew Rika had always wanted her own bike. I decided to release my pension early to give her the best Christmas present I could. I gave Shaun Lee at Warrs SE a ring and he passed me on to Alex the sales manager, a great guy who sold me my Ultra Classic previously. I cannot express my gratitude enough for the way the dealership went above and beyond what we had asked for or expected, even to the point of delivering the bike to us in Cornwall. This is one of the reasons Warr's SE stands out to us, not just the welcoming nature of the staff, to be honest I would regard them more as friends than anything else. They continue to make the Harley Davidson brand about family and the experience is of unwavering excellence and friendship. Hi John (Warr's MD) I have recently murdered out a 2015 Road Glide at Warrâs (Kingâs Road) and am writing to tell you what an outstanding service I received, particularly from one of your employees, John Towns (Kings Rd After Sales Manager). I had previously been speaking to a couple of other dealerships about making some substantial changes to my bike and had requested an itemised quote and suggestions for how to approach it from a budgetary point of view. One had taken nearly six weeks and the other seemed a bit overwhelmed with the complexity. John replied to my request within 48hours with a full cost breakdown, which amounted to less than I expected, which is always a surprise when dealing with Harley-Davidon : ) What I was really after was honesty and knowledge. And speed, as I wanted to do all the work over the winter months. Over the following few weeks, John offered (non-pushy) advice and regularly furnished me with pictures so I was fully involved in the progress. Although my initial budget was circa Â£5-6K, I ended up spending over Â£8K, all due to the honesty of the conversation and the quality of advice. I now have the bike bike and itâs outstanding; just what I was after. I know weâre all busy doing our jobs, but I thought it was right that I took time out to thank you and Warrâs for a wonderful service and to tell you how impressed I was with John; an employee who is a credit your company. I bought my first bike at Warrâs 20 years ago (a lovely green and silver Softail Nostalgia) and it seems I have now come full circle : ) I look forward to staying with you for the foreseeable future. To the Manager of Warr's Harley Davidson Hi, I have an 06 and 04 Harley Deuce I was outfitting with NOS saddlebags. I have been looking for weeks for HD part number 90355-00 (Deuce Taillight relocation Kit). This is an obsolete part number and I was able to locate several sets of this part number in Europe and the UK. (It seems that more people over there install bags compared to the States. I had previously contacted multiple dealers only to be informed that they do not ship to North or South America. I sent an email to your site inquiring about the possibility of purchasing from your facility. To my pleasant surprise, this morning I had a very nice email from someone at your facility named Dom (Parts Dept, Kings Rd). Not only did Dom take the time to reply to my email, Dom also took the time search the Harley database in the States and provided a list of dealers that had the part last time the system was updated. Thanks to Dom, I located (2) sets of the taillight relocation kits. I went to my local Harley dealer an explained that what I needed was located at the Harley dealer in Lake Charles, LA. I have purchased the parts and have them on the way. Again many, many thanks to Dom for the valued assistance with my problem and please let him know that I am extremely grateful for the time spent helping me resolve my issue with the obsolete parts. We are a credit broker and not a lender. We can introduce you to a limited number of lenders and their finance products. We are not an independent financial advisor and we act as their agent for this introduction. We may advise you on the products, subject to your personal circumstances, though you are not obliged to take our advice or recommendation. We do not charge you a fee for our services. Whichever lender we introduce you to, we will typically receive commission from them (either a fixed fee or a fixed percentage of the amount you borrow).
