Service Plus Plan
1.The promoter of the Promotion is Harley-Davidson Europe Limited, 192B Park Drive, Milton Park, Oxfordshire OX14 4SD (“Harley-
Davidson”).
2.The Promotion entitles each customer who, during the Promotional Period, purchases a new/unregistered MY25 Grand American T ouring
(excluding CVO variants), Cruiser, Sport or Pan America models including CVO variant, the opportunity to purchase the enhanced ‘Service
Plus Plan’
, which includes the first three services [1,000 miles or 12 months, 5,000 or additional 12 months, 10,000 or additional 24
months] which ever comes the sooner, for £499. In addition to the above 3 services for Pan America models (including CVO variant)
customers will enjoy an additional 12 months extended warranty and 24 months extended HARLEY | ASSIST™ roadside assistance
(“Adventure Plus Service Plan”).
3.The Promotion is available to customers from 19 th
December 2025 until 31 January 2026 (the “Promotional Period”), or while stock lasts.
4.Promotion available only at authorised Harley-Davidson dealerships in the United Kingdom.
5.Harley-Davidson reserves the right to amend the terms of the Promotion or to withdraw the Promotion at any time if circumstances
beyond its control make this unavoidable, or to refuse redemption of the Promotion in the event of non-compliance with these terms and
conditions.
6.With the exception of liability which cannot be excluded by law, Harley-Davidson and any other companies in its corporate group is not
liable for, and customer releases Harley-Davidson and any other companies in its corporate group from, liabilities relating to any direct or
indirect loss or damage which is suffered as a result of the Promotion.
7.The Promotion and the terms and conditions which apply to the Promotion will be governed by and construed in accordance with the law
of England and Wales.

But any such amounts they pay us will not affect the amounts you pay under your finance agreement; however, you will be contributing towards the commission paid to us with the interest collected on your repayments. Before we propose your application, we will inform you of the likely amount of commission we will receive and seek your consent to receive this commission. The exact amount of commission that we will receive will be confirmed prior to you signing your finance agreement.
