Terms and conditions - UK
1. The promoter of the Promotion is Harley-Davidson Europe Limited, 192B Park Drive, Milton Park, Oxfordshire OX14 4SD (“Harley-Davidson”).
2. The Promotion entitles each customer who during the Promotional Period purchases a new Pan America Special or Pan America ST to receive a discount of £2,500 (two thousand ve hundred pounds) against the dealer’s list price of the motorcycle when trading in a motorcycle.
3. The trade in motorcycle may be any make or model.
4. The Promotion is available to customers from 18 July 2025 until 31 December 2025 (the “Promotional Period”)
5. Promotion available only at authorised Harley-Davidson dealerships in the United Kingdom.
6. Harley-Davidson reserves the right to amend the terms of the Promotion or to withdraw the Promotion at any time if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable, or to refuse redemption of the Promotion in the event of non-compliance with these terms and conditions.
7. With the exception of liability which cannot be excluded by law, Harley-Davidson and any other companies in its corporate group is not liable for, and customer releases Harley-Davidson and any other companies in its corporate group from, liabilities relating to any direct or indirect loss or damage which is su ered as a result of the Promotion.
8. The Promotion and the terms and conditions which apply to the Promotion will be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.
“Starting from” price based on discount applied to MSRP but actual dealer list price may vary. Purchase a Pan America Special or Pan America ST Harley-Davidson motorcycle to receive a £2,500 discount against the dealer’s list price of the motorcycle when trading in a motorcycle of any make or model.
